For the 15 km Event
Courons Gatineau will host the Quebec 15 km Championships for 2026 and 2027 as part of the Quebec Road Race Series.

Athlétisme Québec is responsible for recruiting and selecting elite athletes for the 15 km event.
Je Cours QC aims to welcome elite athletes and provide them with a highly competitive racing experience.
Performance Standards
Athletes must meet the following standards:

Important Notes
Performance Period
Performances must have been achieved after January 1, 2024, on certified courses during official events with complete results available online.
Performance Standards Compliance
The standards listed above must be met to submit an Elite entry request.
Event Matching Requirement
The qualifying performance must correspond to the event for which you are applying.
For example, if you are applying for the half marathon, your qualifying time must have been achieved in a half marathon.
Limited Entries
The number of elite entries is limited.
Refund Policy
Athletes who have already registered and are later accepted as elite participants will be refunded (excluding service fees).
No Invitation Letters
The organization does not provide invitation letters for administrative purposes (e.g., visas).
Quebec Championships (42.2 km)
Prize money awarded as part of the Championships is reserved for athletes who are members of Athlétisme Québec, reside in Quebec, and hold a valid RAMQ card.
Application Period
Elite entry applications will be accepted from December 1, 2025 to July 31, 2026.
Application Process
- Complete the Elite entry application form between December 1, 2025 and July 31, 2026.
After this date, applications will be closed. - Applications will be reviewed in the order they are received.
- Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive confirmation by email.
- If accepted, you will receive a promotional code to complete your elite registration.
This code will be valid for a maximum of 10 days.
After this period, the elite entry will be cancelled and no extensions will be granted.
