Bib pick-up

You can pick up your bib in advance or on the day of the event, at the times and locations indicated below. Please note that Thursday is by appointment only; go to our registration platform to pick a time slot. You won’t be able to pick up your bib on Thursday unless you have made an appointment, and no changes will be possible on site that day.

  • Thursday September 26
    Time: 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM
    Location: La Foulée sportive (139, promenade du Portage, Gatineau)
  • Friday September 27 septembre
    Time: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
    Location: À La Dérive Brasserie artisanale (1015 Rue Jacques-Cartier, Gatineau). Parking is at the back, on ruelle du Como.
  • Saturday September 28
    Time: 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
    Location: À La Dérive Brasserie artisanale (1015 Rue Jacques-Cartier, Gatineau). Note that the back parking will not be accessible on race day. Use instead the event parking in Parc de la Baie.

Transportation included

Your registration includes free transportation on the entire STO network on September 26, 27 and 28, upon presentation of your registration confirmation or race bib. Use it to pick up your race bib and get to the start line. This will help reduce the GHG emissions associated with the event. Bus 67 will drop you off at the corner of Boulevard Gréber and Rue Jacques-Cartier, just steps away from the start/finish line. Use Plani-Bus to create your itinerary; to get to the site, enter Rue Jacques-Cartier in the destination field.

Bag Check

The Bag Check is located next to the bicycle parking. There will be signs directing runners to this free service. Use the detachable portion of your bib to identify your bag. Bag Check will open at 2:00 PM on race day. Any bags not collected after the race will be donated to charity.

Questions & Answers

How can I check my registration?

Go to our registration platform and enter your first and last name. If you have an active registration, the system will provide you with information such as the event you are registered for and your bib number (when assigned).

Can I register on site on race day?

It will be possible to register on site on the day of the race as well as the day before. The exact location of our registration desk will be announced a few weeks prior to the event. Please note that the number of places available is limited. We strongly recommend that you register in advance. Only events that have not reached capacity will be open for registration, either online or on site.

I’d like to switch races. Is this possible?

You have two options if you wish to switch races:

  1. Online: On our registration platform. A $2.25 fee will apply.
  2. On-site: Come in person to the registration desk on race day or the day before. The exact location of the registration desk will be announced a few weeks prior to the event. A $15.00 fee will apply.

If the cost of the new event is higher than the cost of the initial registration, the initial amount paid by the participant will be deducted. Otherwise, no refund will be made under any circumstances. Event changes are only possible if the maximum capacity of the new event has not been reached.

Can I transfer my registration to another participant?

Yes, it is possible to do so until the last price increase (before August 26 for the 2024 edition). A $2.25 fee will apply. The transfer can be made online, on our registration platform.

Can I have someone pick up my race bib for me?

Yes, the person will have to show your registration confirmation (on paper or on screen).

In the event of injury or inability to participate in the event, can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, no. No refunds or deferrals will be granted to any participant, for any reason (medical or otherwise). In the event of complete or partial cancellation of the event for any reason (e.g. dangerous weather conditions, acts of terrorism, pandemic), registrations are non-refundable. In all circumstances, donations are made directly to the organization and are irrevocable (non-refundable). When you register, we offer a low-cost protection plan to protect your purchase against unforeseen circumstances that could prevent you from taking part in the event. The protection plan does not cover event cancellation.
