Between the 2 km and the 10 km, the 5 km offers an intermediate option that will appeal as much to athletes looking to run their best as to runners and families looking to soak up the beauty of the surroundings and enjoy a more relaxed experience. From Quai-des-Cageux, you will head east on rue Jacques-Cartier. As you approach rue Saint-Louis, you will turn around and retrace your steps along the magnificent bike path that runs alongside the Ottawa River. This event is GOLD sanctioned by Athlétisme Québec.
