Information for Jacques-Cartier Street Residents
As part of Courons Gatineau, taking place on Saturday, September 26, 2026, traffic restrictions will be required on Jacques-Cartier Street to ensure the safety of participants, volunteers, and residents.
We thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us ensure the smooth running of the event.
🚧 Jacques-Cartier Street Closure
Starting at 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Saturday, September 26, Jacques-Cartier Street will be closed to traffic between Prince-Albert Street and de la Baie Street.
Residents who plan to use their vehicles during the closure are encouraged to move them before noon.
🚗 Parking for Residents
Parking will be available for residents in the municipal parking lot on ruelle du Como.
Ruelle du Como will remain accessible through the entrance to the municipal parking lot located at the corner of Prince-Albert Street.

We encourage you to plan your travel accordingly and move your vehicle before Jacques-Cartier Street is closed.
